CLEAR ALIGNERS FOR YOUR CONFIDENCE IN MIND.
Our smile can be a great asset. Overcrowding or wide spaces in between teeth can sometimes take that away. Moreover, misaligned teeth can cause difficulty during brushing, possibly leading to swelling, bleeding gums and even decay.
Fortunately, we can correct your teeth and bring out your smile with your choice of metal or ceramic braces and invisible braces. Invisible braces, or clear aligners, are an attractive orthodontic treatment option as they are both removable and discreet. They can help to remedy various issues, from gapped teeth to crossbites to overcrowding, while offering comfort and convenience to their wearer. Book a consultation with a team of professional orthodontists at an affordable dental clinic in Singapore to find out if this treatment is the right one for you.
Discreet and near-invisible, it would be hard to notice from afar that you are wearing a pair of clear aligners.
When eating or drinking, simply remove them for greater comfort.
Clear aligners are crafted from a smooth, flexible material designed to conform snugly to the contours of your teeth. This design eliminates the discomfort associated with metal wires and brackets, ensuring a comfortable fit that minimises gum and mouth irritation. Each set of aligners is typically worn for around two weeks, gently moving teeth into their correct positions with minimal discomfort.
Clear aligners are fully removable, which allows for normal brushing and flossing. This accessibility helps prevent cavities and gum disease by removing plaque and food debris effectively, ensuring that oral health is maintained.
Clear aligners can help remedy dental concerns ranging from minor teeth straightening to moderate and severe cases of crooked teeth.

Orthodontists and general dentists share a common focus on oral health, but orthodontics stands out as one of the specialised fields within dentistry. Its primary focus is diagnosing and treating dental conditions such as crooked teeth, bad bites, and poorly aligned jaws. Remedying these conditions may require a combination of orthodontic appliances and surgical interventions. Apart from traditional braces, orthodontists can also use clear aligners to treat dental malocclusions.
In complex cases, general dentists usually refer their patients to orthodontic specialists. While not all orthodontic cases are eligible for invisible braces, an orthodontic specialist can evaluate a patient’s needs and determine the best course of treatment. Parents are increasingly concerned about their children’s dental health, which can significantly impact their overall health and well-being. Early orthodontic treatment has shown effectiveness in correcting jaw deficiencies and bite problems while the child’s bones and body are still developing.

To find out whether you are a good candidate for transparent braces or clear aligners, schedule an appointment with our dental clinician for an initial consultation. Once the assessment of your dental health is done, our clinician will work with you to develop a treatment plan that is right for you.
Your treatment will begin with either a scan of your teeth or a physical impression of your mouth. These will be used to create the personalised clear aligner trays that you will wear daily! Once the trays are ready, you can begin your journey to a straighter smile.
Compared to having to visit the clinic once a month for traditional braces, with clear aligners, you will only need to check in once every two to three months. This helps our team ensure your treatment is on track to straighten your smile!
It is essential to remove your clear aligners before consuming any food or beverages other than water. This is because eating while wearing the aligners can lead to damage or promote bacterial growth on the plastic. Similarly, drinking coloured or sugary drinks while the aligners are in place may stain the aligners and your teeth and could also lead to tooth decay.
Because your clear aligners need to be worn pretty much at all times besides while eating, you should contact your treatment provider as soon as possible to get a replacement tray if one is broken or lost. The good news is that since you will be wearing them almost all of the time, it is unlikely that you will misplace or break your aligners.
Yes—clear aligners are not just an aesthetically pleasing option; they are also an effective treatment plan for minor, moderate or severe cases of teeth misalignment and bite issues. Wearers can look forward to comfort and aesthetics. Whether you choose traditional braces or invisible ones, your results will be pretty much the same.
